Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof SEO Strategies: Develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps that account for upcoming algorithmic updates, focusing on semantic search and user intent rather than just keywords.
- Pilot AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI tools into content workflows, ensuring efficiency while maintaining brand voice and compliance.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Spearhead the optimization of Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and structured data to prepare for the next evolution of mobile indexing.
- Voice & Visual Search Optimization: Experiment with and implement strategies for voice search queries and visual discovery trends to capture new traffic segments.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Python and SQL to derive deep insights from vast datasets, creating actionable reports that drive executive decision-making.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Partner with content creators to produce high-authority, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) focused assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic by 50%+ for enterprise-level clients.
- Technical Fluency: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic troubleshooting and a working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for data automation.
- Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of search engine mechanics, including the impact of Machine Learning on ranking factors.
- Tools Mastery: Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
