Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-trend-to-market-success cases
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python
- Published thought leadership in tech/biotech journals
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning for global markets
