Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurist research team
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on market shifts
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
