- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives

- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab with $5M+ annual budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members for approval
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-focused innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (patents, journals, keynotes)
