- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns business goals with the specific milestones and technological advancements expected in 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Lead cross-functional workshops to ensure all departmentsāfrom R&D to Marketingāare aligned with the 2026 strategic objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of the roadmap and ensure we are on track to meet our 2026 targets.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically advise leadership on resource distribution to maximize ROI on long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Futuristic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable long-term strategies.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex strategies to C-suite executives and board members.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in uncertain environments.
