Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of Emerging Technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Web3) into existing infrastructure.
- Oversee a high-performance team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous Future-Tech Feasibility Studies to identify new opportunities for growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure robust security protocols are in place to protect future-state data architectures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations and long-term strategic pivots.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on long-term strategic thinking and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
