Responsibilities
- Forecast technological trends and disruptions through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'future labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's evolving role in humanity
- Drive adoption of futures-thinking methodologies across product development teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published work in technology foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in ambiguous future-state environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent analytical methodology
