Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Design and execute strategic technology adoption roadmaps for global product portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, marketing) in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technological innovation ROI and market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive internal innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neural interfaces)
- Deep understanding of regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
