- Monitor emerging tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budgets for flagship projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier-1 institution
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at Nature/Science level
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ members
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, carbon-neutral tech
- Keynote speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted AI/quantum patents
