Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 convergence of AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives in exponential technology forecasting
- Partner with government agencies on policy frameworks for emerging tech ethics
- Author white papers on paradigm shifts in human-machine interaction
- Oversee experimental prototyping labs for next-gen interface systems
- Represent company at global tech summits as thought leadership ambassador
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied futurism methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 5+ years in exponential technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (quantum/AI/neuro)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech concepts (patents preferred)
- Experience with government tech policy advisory boards
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of turning theoretical models into commercial applications
