Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce quarterly trend reports with market impact analysis and strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members for resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts and junior strategists
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, TED)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Polaris)
- Track record of implementing tech roadblocks with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- US security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (preferred)
