- Author white papers and thought leadership on technological paradigm shifts
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in nascent tech sectors
- Build partnerships with university research labs and government innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI systems
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics and computational theory
- Experience securing DoD/DARPA or NSF grants
- Portfolio of 3+ technology patents or peer-reviewed breakthrough papers
