- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation digital infrastructure and human-machine interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futuristic tech into product roadmaps and customer experiences
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies anticipating 5+ year market shifts
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent strategic innovation training
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
