- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technology practices
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
