Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps forecasting AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Curate and analyze global tech trends to inform R&D investment decisions
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with documented impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at TED Talks or similar platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision frameworks or trend analysis
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
