- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of successfully implementing 3+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-forward technology domains
- Experience with cross-industry ecosystem development and stakeholder orchestration
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
