Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Executive experience with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or MBA
