Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation initiatives for next-generation products/services targeting 2026 market readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into long-term roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish FutureHorizon as a thought leader through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) or innovation management
