Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-proof solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Drive implementation of pilot programs based on future trend analysis
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and futures modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations on transformational initiatives
