Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Neuro-symbolic AI, Quantum Machine Learning, and Human-AI symbiosis.
- Define Technical Vision: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, setting the standard for what is possible in AI deployment.
- Global Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent significant practical experience in the field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think creatively about unsolved problems and pioneer new methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving engineering culture.
