Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core technical vision for our AI ecosystem, focusing on scalability, safety, and AGI readiness.
- Model Optimization: Lead research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures to optimize inference speed and accuracy.
- AI Safety & Ethics: Establish rigorous safety protocols and alignment strategies to ensure AI systems operate within defined ethical boundaries.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype and validate experimental AI concepts, transitioning successful proofs-of-concept into production-ready software.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Build resilient, cloud-native infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Ability to think abstractly about long-term technological trends and adapt strategies for the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
