Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our transition to autonomous AI systems and quantum-safe computing environments.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design resilient, high-performance microservices architecture capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Integration: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools across all product lines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software developers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous stress testing and security audits to ensure system integrity against emerging cyber threats in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems and distributed computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate long-term technological trends and plan infrastructure accordingly.
- Blockchain & Security: Familiarity with blockchain technologies and cryptographic protocols is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and leading complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
