Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructures: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling quantum computing workloads and advanced AI models.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Neuro-symbolic AI, and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance computing solutions to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to translate complex technical requirements into robust software solutions.
- Future-Proof Development: Implement development practices that ensure longevity and adaptability of codebases in rapidly evolving tech environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA; experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving innovation from concept to deployment.
