We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to join our elite engineering team in San Francisco and drive the next wave of digital innovation.
In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will build the infrastructure for tomorrow. You will be at the helm of projects that define the technological landscape of the late 2020s, ensuring our platforms are resilient, scalable, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Innovation: Design and oversee the implementation of next-gen AI infrastructure, specifically targeting post-silicon computing models and quantum-ready architectures.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring delivery of core features ahead of the 2026 launch cycle.
- AI/ML Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade workflows to enhance automation and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- System Resilience: Establish robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data assets in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure). Experience with neuromorphic hardware or quantum simulation is a major plus.
- AI Mastery: Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network optimization.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting technological trends and implementing forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
