Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling exascale data processing for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI frameworks.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning and natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup environment.
