Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop real-time ethics monitoring protocols for quantum-enhanced AI decision engines
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape national AI regulatory standards
- Train 500+ engineers on ethical AI deployment using our proprietary Nexus Compass methodology
- Author white papers on existential risk mitigation in generative AI
- Chair quarterly ethics review boards with C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years applied experience
- Published research on AGI alignment or value alignment problems
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record scaling ethics programs across Fortune 100 tech companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI safety
- Experience testifying before congressional tech committees
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar governing body
- Portfolio demonstrating successful mitigation of AI existential risks
