Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks and governance policies
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product development lifecycles
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices
- Stay ahead of emerging AI ethics regulations and standards
- Document ethical guidelines and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of AI bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their societal impact
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
- Track record of developing actionable ethical guidelines
