- Partner with policy teams to shape industry standards for AI transparency regulations
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across 15+ product lines
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits including OECD and IEEE forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for building ethical audit pipelines
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML)
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or equivalent professional body
- Experience leading global ethics committees in Fortune 500 tech companies
