Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech initiatives
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Advise product development teams on ethical risk mitigation and compliance strategies
- Represent the organization in global policy discussions on emerging technology governance
- Establish KPIs for ethical performance and conduct regular impact assessments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and regulatory bodies to shape future standards
- Train leadership teams on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Technology Policy, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech ethics, AI governance, or policy development
- Proven track record of implementing ethical frameworks at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Expertise in global regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or advising regulatory agencies
- Certification in AI ethics, data privacy, or technology governance preferred
