Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical impact assessments for ML deployments
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical governance frameworks
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Design ethics training programs for engineering and product teams
- Monitor emerging AI ethical risks and propose mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience creating ethics governance frameworks
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Publication record in AI ethics or adjacent fields
- Experience with agile development methodologies
