Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ targeting healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
- Identify emerging tech disruptions (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing) and commercialization pathways
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of advanced AI adoption
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen AI innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- Published research on AI ethics or sociotechnical systems
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for advanced AI
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
