Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in quantum-enhanced neural networks and next-gen AI architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in production environments
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning principles
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance data processing
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for AI systems
