Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary research in quantum-AI hybrid computing paradigms
- Develop ethical frameworks for AGI alignment and bias mitigation
- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Spin off commercial applications from research with our venture arm
- Mentor PhD fellows in our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years AI research
- Published 10+ papers in top-tier ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial products
- Strong background in causal inference and explainable AI
