Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record in scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Certification in AI Ethics and Responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
