Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with exponential growth targets
- Lead a 25-person multidisciplinary team (AI researchers, ethicists, engineers)
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers
- Translate complex AI capabilities into client-specific solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Present 2026 technology forecasts at global innovation forums
- Drive ethical AI initiatives including bias mitigation and transparency protocols
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ members
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in deploying generative AI at enterprise scale
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent demonstrable impact
- Portfolio of commercialized AI products with >$100M revenue impact
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one
