Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Architect and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 horizon, aligning tech capabilities with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of next-gen algorithms, ensuring scalability and ethical implementation.
- Team Building: Assemble and mentor a world-class global engineering team capable of solving unsolvable problems.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with leading academic institutions and tech pioneers in Silicon Valley and beyond.
- Investment Strategy: Identify high-potential tech startups and acquisition targets to integrate into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of executive leadership in Technology, with a specific focus on AI, Robotics, or Quantum Systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering breakthrough technologies that have scaled to millions of users.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP or similar executive leadership certification preferred.
