Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Process shipments and inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
