Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions and data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide informed answers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical: Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
