Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Enter and update customer information into our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand company products and services.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during high-volume periods.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience based on feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (candidates currently in school are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- A friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior customer service experience is required; we will teach you everything you need to know.
