Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid roles.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
