Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately using our CRM software.
- Resolve complex customer issues by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance and performance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
