Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS system.
- Update and maintain customer accounts and transaction records in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Assist in training new team members and providing mentorship.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
