Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in training new team members and providing peer support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
