Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if remote options are available.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
