Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with Omaha's signature Midwestern hospitality
- Resolve service issues efficiently using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve local service delivery
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives across Omaha neighborhoods

Qualifications
