Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to users.
- Log and track all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Learn and master our product suite through our structured training program.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient attitude during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, with some weekend availability).
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing processes.
