Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT tickets, resolutions, and system changes.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and handover of critical issues.
- Conduct regular system health checks and security audits.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
