Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and maintain the company inventory of IT assets and devices.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and setup of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure system uptime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical incidents.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
