- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Update customer records and database information daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and CRM software).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
