Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Package and label items accurately for shipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
